The Director of Companion PAWS, Nancy Frank, has had a life filled with animals.
- Nancy was the Founding Director of two wildlife rehabilitation centers in southern Wisconsin
- Operated two dog training schools in Milwaukee,
- Established Dog Days of Wisconsin Summer Camp for Dogs and Their People
- Was an on-air producer for public television for 20 years
- Currently operates a llama farm, Opportunity Llamas, which is also home to six sheep, an alpaca named Stanley, a variety of birds, and her two dogs, Jesse and Zeke.

- Civic organizations or professional groups seeking keynote speaker
- Programs and presentations including animals, both companion animals, and an occasional llama to audiences of all sizes including home visits
